First time on this site. The design process was awesome as it was user friendly and provided perfect visuals. I look forward for my sample box to arrive and hope it is as shown on the design software.

While the quality has gotten progressively better, the payment system and lead times are antiquated. I simply ask to be charged within a reasonable lead time of the shipment date. Being charged 30 days before it actually ships is detrimental to our cash flow. I've been on the hunt for new suppliers because of this.

The design process was very easy. I loved that. I also like that they have flexible sizes and MOQ. I do wish that they offer Die cut windows in the future. One of the agents told me that I could request a Die cut window at one point then exited the chat room before I could officially make the request. At that point I was not going to use this company. Later, I talked to another agent and was told that they do not offer those services. So far that has been my only issue.

Amazing customer service. My image quality was not up to their code and they made sure I was aware to send them a new image and then confirm how everything looked.

I placed an order for a Sample Shipper Box that was branded inside and out. It came out BEAUTIFUL! Exactly what I was hoping for. Just reordered in a larger quantity and I'm designing another box today for a different product line. The quality of the box and the printing are just wonderful. I couldn't be happier with my order.

Our boxes arrived before our deadline and they are beautiful!! They are going to be perfect for our event!

I am not thrilled with your customer service. I don't think the chat really understood my issues or helped me in the two times I reached out.
